By employing a combination of different surface decoration technologies such as mechanical brushing, spinning, striping, selective printing, lithographic printing, selective textures, roller coating and selective gloss application, we can present solutions to realise our customer’s desired exclusive finishes. Alternatively we can offer our customers the choice from our extensive library of existing designs which are both alluring and distinctive.

NAS has a dynamic and flexible organisational set-up, with dedicated project teams offering the capacity to handle both small and large development programs.
Our engineering team have years of experience implementing Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP). As a customer, you will be assigned a dedicated project engineer who will ensure that your project runs smoothly from nomination to production.
Our on-site tool shop allows us to react quickly to modification requests and minimises down time during production.
We have a comprehensive sheet preparation facility which is capable of transforming aluminium coil into primed and workable production pieces. With our modern press shop facility, wash plants and UV drying systems we offer our customers complete flexibility with their formed parts.
This is complemented by our full moulding and CNC machining facility with moulding capabilities of between 50 to 660 tonnes and 5 Axis CNC machines.
NAS utilises 5S and Lean Manufacturing methods to ensure the highest productivity across our production streams. All of our products require high levels of both visual and dimensional quality, being produced within a tight tolerance.
